Susan has recently joined the team in Grant Thornton as Associate Director of the firm’s all-Ireland People & Change Consulting practice; previously having enjoyed a successful career as a Manager in a big 4 professional services practice. She is solutions and results-orientated, resourceful, creative and energetic, with proven stakeholder management skills. A methodical and logical thinker, Susan thrives on a challenge and throughout her career has been commended for delivering impact and results – this is down to effective leadership, understanding the culture of organisations, attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
Susan achieved a Masters’ degree in Business Economic and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Not only does she pride herself on her strong academic background but also her varied experience gained across both private and public sector organisations.
Susan has a consistent ability to work with stakeholders at all levels to achieve alignment between project deliverables and business requirements. Susan is innovative and strategic and has expertise in the management of complex projects, strategy development, training and development, business transformation, communications and engagement, sales development and implementing large scale change management projects and programmes. She understands that an organisation’s biggest asset is its people and that only by developing and investing in people can a business truly flourish in today’s ever-changing environment.
