Experience

Nikita joined the Grant Thornton audit and assurance team in 2021.

Nikita has spent over 10 years in audit, assurance and advisory, having trained with a mid-tier firm before transferring to a Big 4 practice where she was a senior manager in the audit department managing a large range of local and internationally based clients. Nikita also led Reporting Accounting and IPO engagements during this time.

Nikita has also spent 1.5 years in industry where she was VP of Finance for a PLC, and responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Group.

Sector Experience

Nikita has experience in both public and privately owned clients across UK & Ireland, Europe, Asia and the US. She has worked on a diverse range of sectors which include Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Retail and Construction. Her experience has enabled her to obtain a significant level of knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and Company Law.
