Experience

Maeve joined Grant Thornton Northern Ireland in 2016. Prior to this she was an audit manger in a mid-tier practice for seven years, where she managed a wide portfolio of clients.

Sector experience

Maeve has significant experience in working with small privately held businesses through to large multinational corporates focusing on but not limited to the manufacturing, retail and property development and management sectors. She also has experience in preparing financial projections and business plans for companies wishing to gain start-up funds/grants.

Previously Maeve seconded to a large charity for a year where she gained experience in implementing necessary internal controls and consolidating financial statements for reporting to their finance committee.

Qualifications

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant
Member of Chartered Accountants Ireland
Degree in Accounting from Queens University Belfast
