Áine joined Grant Thornton in October 2014, from a Big Four Finance Transformation Consulting team.

Áine‘s experience includes target operating model reviews, big data analysis, cost benefit analysis, planning & strategy development & implementation, programme / project change management, process improvement / LEAN reviews and client on-boarding. She is a proven change manager having led multiple strategic transformation programmes on behalf of clients.

Áine’s consulting experience covers a number of sectors, namely Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Public Sector Education.
