Experience

Áine joined Grant Thornton in 2014 and is now an advisory partner, leading our transformation consulting capability. She leads multi-disciplinary teams of SMEs and delivery specialists to design and deliver bespoke change transformation programmes. These programmes typically drive transformation across three core domains: Strategic Change, Operational Change, and Regulatory Change.

Áine supports clients across both the public and private sectors, with experience spanning financial services, government, education, and life sciences.

She has a proven track record in leading strategy development, operating model design, process improvement, and large-scale programme and change management.

Qualifications

First-class Bachelor of Science (BSc) Finance degree from Queen's University Belfast
Chartered Manager, achieving 1st in Ireland and 5th in the World in her exams
Qualified PRINCE2 project manager
Green Belt Lean Six Sigma practitioner
