Patrick joined Grant Thornton in Belfast to lead the firm’s People and Change Consulting offering on an all-Ireland basis.
He has spent the last 28 years in a Big Four firm where he led the People and Organisation business, working right across the UK, Ireland and on a global basis. Patrick trained as a Chartered Accountant and spent 10 years in Audit and Assurance before transferring to Consulting.
He specialises in delivering behavioural change through capability building, which can range from working on complex transformation projects right through to coaching senior Board members on a one-to-one basis.
Patrick is a past President of Belfast Junior Chamber of Commerce and was Chairman of the Ulster Society of Chartered Accountants during 2015/2016.
Patrick has experience across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sector. He has extensive experience within Government and Financial Services and understands the importance of talent retention, embedding cultural change, driving leadership and regulatory compliance, all within a cost conscious environment.
Within those sectors, he is an expert at helping organisations leverage their people, knowledge and systems to increase organisational performance.
